In such cases, please notify us as soon as possible so we can discuss options. **Policy Acceptance: ** By booking an appointment with A.O.T Kleaning, you agree to adhere to our cancellation policy stated above. ** Standard Procedure: ** By booking this standard cleaning package you understand that you have booked for a standard clean and a standard clean ONLY. If additional cleaning is to be provided, then additional prices will be added on to scheduled visit. ** Preferred Hours: ** Our team prefers to work when the office is closed for convenience as we prefer auditory stimulation as we clean.
